A luscious, soft and cake-like cookie filled with fresh squeezed lemon juice, fresh lemon zest and YOUR CHOICE of fresh blueberries or fresh raspberries, then topped with a home-made lemon glaze made with fresh squeezed lemon juice. Each cookie is scooped with a large 3.25 oz scoop. Cookies are individually heat sealed for packing.
